摘要
目的 探讨女性压力性尿失禁患者的护理,针对患者可能出现的护理问题,制定相应护 理措施,减少并发症,提高患者生活质量。方法 总结1998年9月-2004年9月,女性压力性 尿失禁患者11例,通过介绍心理护理、术前、术后护理、基础护理及出院指导,认真采取相应的 护理措施。结果 无1例并发症发生,提高了患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the nursing on female patients suffering from pressure urinary incontinence. Against the nursing problems probably happening on the patients to work out the relevant measure to minimize the complications and improve the quality of life of the patients. Methods From September 1998 to September 2004, there were 11 female patients saffering from pressure urinary incontinence. By introducing psychological nursing, preoperative and postoperative care, basic nursing, and instruction on leaving hospital and carefully taking relevant nursing measure, there were no complications happening and the quality of life off the patients was improved.
