摘要 从城市轨道交通工程管理的特点、现状和存在的问题出发,强调全寿命周期集成化管理的必要性,论述全寿命周期集成化管理的思路和目标系统、任务系统、组织系统等主要内容,突出目标整合、任务衔接、功能优化、费用控制、组织创新和集成化管理信息系统构建等全寿命周期集成化管理的重点。 Based on the characteristics, present situation and problems in project management of urban rail transit, the necessity of the life - cycle integrated management is emphasized. The idea, target system, task system and organizing system of life -cycle integrated management are discussed, and the target integration, task join, function optimization, cost control, organization innovation and the construction of integrated management information system of life - cycle integrated management are highlighted.
