摘要
目的 本文设计研究一种治疗口腔厌氧菌感染的处方和制备工艺 ,并建立制剂的含量测定方法。方法 以替硝唑、盐酸达克罗宁和氢化可的松为主药 ,并用卡尔曼滤波法直接测定 3种主药的含量。 结果 替硝唑、盐酸达克罗宁和氢化可的松的平均回收率分别为 99.2 0 %、98.96%、99.2 3 %。相对标准偏差分别为 0 .87%、0 .96%和 1.19%。 结论
OBJECTIVE The prescription and the technique of preparing the product which is a kind of treating mouth anaerobic bacterial infective have been designed, and a method of measuring the ingredients of the product has been established.METHODS Tinidazole, Dyclonine Hydrochloride and Hydrocortisone were used as the main medicine. A Kalman Filter method was used for the determination of three components in compound preparation. RESULTS The average recoveries were 99.20% for Tinidazole(RSD = 0.87%), 98.60% for Dyclonine Hydrochloride (RSD = 0.96%) and 99.23% for Hydrocortisone.CONCLUSION The method of the preparation of the product and the measurement of the ingredients in the product are available.
