摘要
目的 :分析影像学检查 (IE)对腹部外科疾病诊断的影响。方法 :回顾分析医治的 9例临床资料。结果 :误诊 6例 ,漏诊 3例 ,其中 3例又导致纠纷。结论 :影像学检查要客观 ,外科医师对影像学检查不能过分依赖。
Objective To evaluate effect of lmage exalnination(IE)on the diagnosisof abdominal surgicaldiseases.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data.Results In 9 Cases,6 were misdiagonsed;3 were made missed diagnosis,among 3 were caused dispute too.Conclusion IE should are objective;The surgeons can't depended on IE excessively.
