摘要
用异辛酸为原料 ,经过同氢氧化钠皂化和硫酸锰复分解反应 ,合成了催干剂硫酸锰。研究了皂化率、反应时间、反应温度对产率的影响。同时用正交实验的方法研究了氢氧化钠、硫酸锰的浓度及溶剂油的用量对产率的影响。实验得到了最佳工艺条件 :温度 95℃、反应时间 90min、w (氢氧化钠 ) =30 %、w (硫酸锰 ) =30 %、2 0 0 # 溶剂油 5 0mL ,转化率可以达到 90
The drier isooctanoate manganese has been prepared using isooctanoate as raw material by mease of sodium hydroxide saponification and manganese sulfate decomposition reaction. The influence factors of conversition ratio such as saponification ratio,reaction time and temperature were investigated.Sametime the different concentration influence of NaOH, MnSO 4 and solvent oil for conversition ratio were also investigated by the orthogonal mease .The optimum conditions wree obtained : temperature is 95 ℃,concentration of sodium hydroxide and manganese sulfate all are 30 %, 200 # solvent oil 50 mL, conversition ratio is above 90 %.
