摘要
以C5、C9馏分为原料 ,无水AlCl3 为催化剂 ,采用阳离子共聚法合成C5/C9共聚石油树脂 ,并对影响原料转化率的因素进行了研究。研究结果表明 :C5、C9的体积比为 1∶3时 ,所得的产品的性能好 ,一次性转化率可达 3 2 %。反应的最佳工艺条件为 :反应温度为 3 0℃ ,反应时间为4h,催化剂用量为 0 .4% ,合成的产品可直接用于橡胶加工和油墨助剂。
In presence of anhydrous aluminum chloride as catalyst, C 5/C 9 co-polymerized petroleum resin was synthesis with C 5,C 9 fractions of ethylene installment by cationical polymerization. The processing conditions reflecting conversion of materials was studied, and the optimum condition was obtained. The one-time conversion rate can reach 32 % when V(C 5)∶ V(C 9) is 1∶3,reaction at 30 ℃,reaction time for 4 h and 0.4 % catalyst. Synthesised products can be directly available for machining rubber and printing ink .
