摘要
目的:探讨一种对治疗轻、中度上睑下垂有效美观的手术方法。方法:自2002年来,采用提上睑肌折叠术方法,治疗轻、中度上睑下垂39例(48只眼),对术后效果进行随访观察。结果:上睑下垂矫正良好,外形美观自然,经术后2个月至1年随访,满意良好率达92%。结论:提上睑肌折叠术是治疗轻、中度上睑下垂的理想术式。
Objective Searching for a kind of simple and aesthetic surgical method to treat the blepharoptosis in the mild or moderate cases. Method Since 2002 , a total of 39 cases (48 eyes) with mild or moderate ptosis have received Levator muscle overlapping technique to suspend the dropped eyelids. Results 92% obtained success and the cosmetic effects of this method are fairly good after 2 month to 1 year followed-up. Conclusion It shows that the Levator muscle overlapping technique is an ideal way to treat the patients with mild to moderate blepharoptosis.
