摘要 在电弧炉炼钢炉料的研究基础上 ,并参照物理化学中三元相图浓度三角形的概念 ,提出了电弧炉炼钢炉料结构三角形概念 ,并定义了一个新的炉料结构参数——生铁废钢配入比 ,使电弧炉炼钢炉料结构分析趋于合理 ,并应用于天津钢管公司炼钢厂电弧炉炼钢生产实际 。 Based on research of EAF burden, the ternary graph of burden for UHP EAF steelmaking is presented by referring to theories of three phases diagram in physicochemistry, and a new burden parameter namely ratio of pig iron and scrap is defined in this paper.The burden structure of EAF steelmaking is analyzed rationally, which are applied to steelmaking of EAF in Tianjin Pipe Corporation and have good results.
