摘要 介绍一种形成包络面(等距面)的实用方法,提出一种用四坐标数控铣床加工整体叶轮的程序计算方法。还介绍了刀具选择、叶轮装夹和干涉检查等内容。根据本文所述方法用四坐标数控铣床在国内首次加工出导弹涡喷发动机整体叶轮,各项指标均达到设计标准。 A practical method for formation of envelope surface is introduced in the paper. And a programmed calculation method for manufacturing integral impeller with a four-coordinate NC miller is presented. Besides, the Selection of cutters, the clamping of an impeller and the check by interferometer are discussed The integral impeller used in turbojet engine for missile was manufactured first in China with a four-coordinate NC miller by using the method, and its performance meets design standard.
