摘要
提出了采用覆膜法制备固液分离用陶瓷过滤材料的新途径,有效地克服了单一孔径陶瓷材料气孔率与强度的矛盾。研究了骨料粒径、成孔剂、粘结剂、温度对孔径、渗透率和制品强度的影响,分析了不同覆膜工艺对表面层与载体结合强度的作用。
A new method for preparing the ceramic membrane to solve solid/liquid separation porblem was studied.The problem of porosity affecting the strength of porous ceramics of single pore size was solved successfully.The relationships of the body batch's particle size,pore-forming additives' amount and sintering conditions with pore size,permeability and strength were discussed.The effects of membrane forming process on the binding strength of surface membrane with its support substrate were analysed.
