摘要
认知语言学对于隐喻的研究使我们认识到隐喻是概念体系构成的基本方式,并影响着我们的思维和行动。隐喻性思维在认识论上具有的本体论特征,是我们理性思维生长的起源,是构建世界的基本方式。在此基础上,本文进一步论证了传统真理观在隐喻解释上的困境,并指出在语境下研究隐喻语义真值的必然性。
Since Lakoff’s claim of the cognitive function of metaphor, it has been widely accepted that metaphor is the main way used to construct our conceptual system and influences our thinking and action. Based on this view, this paper mainly expounds the metaphor’s ontological characteristics in terms of epistemology. Furthermore, the discussion of its truth-value leads us to the inevitable acceptance of contextualized truth theory.
