摘要
文章介绍冲压件造型系统的基本结构、主要功能和采用的关键技术。系统地引入概念设计的思想 ,并采用特征技术分别建立零件的构形、几何概念模型和信息模型 ,实现零件的几何信息及非几何信息的多层管理。引入特征工作面定位各个特征 ,实现信息模型的几何表示。研究表明 ,采用集成与开放并用的数据管理技术管理信息 。
The basic structure, major functions and key techniques used in developing the modeling system of stamping parts are introduced. In the system, the method of conceptual design and the feature technique are adopted to build the frame model,the geometric conceptual model and the information model. Through these models, multi-layer management of both geometric and non-geometric information can be realized. Furthermore, geometric representations are realized by introducing the feature working-plane into feature orientation. In order to provide comprehensive data for integrated design, integrating and opening data management techniques are applied to manage information.
