摘要 目的 探讨植物化学物质槲皮素 (Quercetin)对人类肝癌细胞HepG2 的抑制作用和血小板衍生生长因子 β受体 (PDGFR β)表达的关系。 方法 采用免疫组化SABC法观察Quercetin抑制HepG2 中PDGFR β表达 ,并采用透射电镜观察Quercetin作用后HepG2 细胞的凋亡情况。结果 细胞增殖率检测表明Quercetin可以抑制HepG2 细胞的增殖 ,且呈剂量依赖性 ;Quercetin可以抑制HepG2 细胞PDGFR β的表达 ,且呈剂量依赖性 ;透射电镜下可见凋亡小体。结论 槲皮素对HepG2 细胞增殖有明显抑制作用 ,其机制可能是诱导PDGFR β的增加 ,再通过PDGFR Objective To study the anticancer mechanism of Quercetin,one of a phytochemicals,and the expression of PDGFR-β in the HepG 2 cells.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of human liver cancer cells (HepG 2 cells) which was inhibited by phytochemicals.The apoptosis was observed in the HepG 2 cells using transmission electron microscope.Results It was found that the positive expressions in the inhibited HepG 2 cells,apoptosis body was observed in the electron microscopy.Conclusion Quercetin inhibites HepG 2 cell proliferation.
