摘要
目的 确定Vc 獭兔染色体核型与G 带核型。方法 外周血淋巴细胞培养、常规染色体制片和染色体G 分带技术 ,对Vc Ⅰ系、Vc Ⅱ系獭兔的染色体组型、G 带核型进行了研究。结果与结论 Vc Ⅰ系、Vc Ⅱ系獭兔二倍体细胞染色体数为 4 4 ,即 2n =4 4 ,2 1对常染色体 ,1对性染色体 (X、Y)。常染色体分为 4组 :A组 ,1~ 8号 ,为中着丝点染色体 ;B组 ,9~ 11号 ,为近中着丝点染色体 ;C组 ,12~ 17号 ,为近端着丝点染色体 ;D组 ,18~ 2 1号 ,为端着丝点染色体。X为近中着丝点染色体 ,Y为端着丝点染色体。Vc 獭兔的公兔染色体组型为 4 4 ,XY。G 带核型表明 :Vc Ⅰ系、Ⅱ系兔的染色体G 带型基本一致。
Objective To study the chromosome karyotype of the Vc-Ⅰand Vc-ⅡRex rabbits Method The chromosome preparation was made from lymphocytes cultured from peripheral blood and the karyotype was studied by using conventional cytogenetics technique. Results and Conclusion The diploid chromosome number of Vc-Rex rabbit was 2n=44,21pairs of autosomes and one pair of sex chromosomes. The autosomes were divided into 4 groups according to their relative length, arm ratio and centromere index of each chromosome, and the No.1-No.8 of group A were metacentric chromosomes(M); the No.9-No.11 of group B were submetacentric chromosomes(SM); the No.12-No.17 of group C were subtelocentric chromosomes(ST); the No.18-21 were telocentric chromosomes(T). The X chromosome was submetacentric and the Y chromosome was telocentric. The chromosome karyotype of male rabbit was 44,XY. The G-banding patterns were described and there was no significant difference between two strains of Rex rabbit in G-banding patterns.
