摘要
目的:尝试通过应用性人格因素特定的组合分析, 评估飞行人员的情绪稳定性以及与认知绩效变化的关系,探 讨通过常规性人格评估预测飞行人员认知绩效变化的规律. 方法:517名男性飞行人员参加了专业人员指导的卡特尔人 格因素测量,并完成基本认知任务6项,包括选择反应时、注 意分配、再认能力、空间位置记忆广度、数字联结和数字-字 母转换任务等.结果:①情绪表达不良者(1组)占体检飞行 人员总数的2.13%;这组飞行员在选择反应时、数字联结和数 字-字母转换等3项认知任务上与情绪表达稳定组之间存在 显著差异(P<0.05);②亚情绪表达不良者(2组)占体检飞 行人员总数的8.12%,他们在数字-字母转换等复杂认知 任务上与情绪表达稳定组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05),但 在选择反应时和数字联结等认知绩效成绩上无差异 (P>0.05).结论:人格性情绪表达特征影响飞行人员的快 速选择反应能力和一些复杂的认知任务加工过程.
AIM: To study the relationship between the emotional personality characters and the cognition performance in pilots.METHODS: Five hundred and seventeen male pilots were evaluated with Cattell's personality factors checklist and six cognition tasks were performed. RESULTS: ① About 2.13% pilots presented a Malfunction Emotional Personality.Significant difference was observed in some cognition tasks,such as Selective Reaction Time,Number Coupling and Number-letter Coupling,between Malfunction Emotional Personality Group and Health Emotional Personality Group (P<0.05).② About 8.12% pilots showed a Sub-emotional Personality.There was a significant difference in the task of Number-letter Coupling compared with Health Emotional Personality Group (P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The Malfunction Emotional Personality characters affect some complicated and rapid cognition performance in pilots.
