摘要
以小叶锦鸡儿茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,设计不同浓度的6-BA,IAA,NAA,IBA,KT等单因子和不 同比例的细胞生长素和细胞分裂素组合试验。结果表明:在芽的诱导增殖过程中,添加有6-BA 0.5 mg/L,IAA 0.01 mg/L的MS培养基效果最好,诱导率为90％。在生根培养过程中,添加有IAA 0.5 mg/L的1/2MS培养基效果较 好,生根率为86％。
Stalk segments of Caragan microphylla Lam were cultured as explants on medium supplemented with plant hormone in different concentrations. The results showed that Murashige and Skoog(MS) medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L,IAA 0.01 mg/L was the most effective medium for the differentiation and multiplication of the shoots. The optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS + IAA 0.5 mg/L.
