摘要
目的 分析甘肃产独活AngelicapubescensMaxim.f.biserr ataShanetYuan及牛尾独活HeraeleummoellendorffiiHance的挥发油成分。方法 采用GC MS方法分离和鉴定挥发油成分,并用面积归一化法进行定量分析。结果 从独活挥发油中分离出 55个化合物,占挥发油总量的 94. 196%;从牛尾独活挥发油中分离鉴定鉴定出 47个化合物,占挥发油总量的81. 657%。结论 独活挥发油主要成分为α 蒎烯(20. 295% )、1 甲基 4 异丙基苯 ( 15. 568% )、3 甲基 壬烷 ( 5. 904% )等;牛尾独活挥发油主要成分为β 蒎烯(24. 321% )、α 蒎烯(8. 167% )、1 甲基 4 异丙烯基 环己烯(8. 061% )等。关键词:独活;牛尾独活;挥发油;气
OBJECTIVE To analyse and identify volatile oil from Radix Angelicae Pubescentis and Radix Heraclei in Gansu.METHOD The compositions were isolated and determined by GC-MS technique,and area normalization method was used to make quantitative analysis of the content of compositions.RESULTS 55 compositions were isolated and determined in Radix Angelicae Pubescentis;47 compositions were isolated and determined in Radix Heraclei.CONCLUSION The major compositions were α-pinene(20.295%),1-methyl-4-isopropyl-benzene(15.568%),3-methyl-non-ane(5.904%) in Radix Angelicae Pubescentis; the major compositions of Radix Heraclei were β-pinene(24.321%),α-pinene(8.167%) and 1-methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)-cyclohexene(8.061%).
