摘要 目的:探讨幅度对比法磁共振血管造影(magnitudecontrastmagneticresonanceangiography,MCMRA)、二维时间飞跃法磁共振血管造影(2Dtimeofflightmagneticresonanceangiography,2DTOFMRA)、滑动间隔Ky(SlidinginterleavedKY,SLINKY)采集的三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管造影(3Dtimeofflightmagneticresonanceangiography,3DTOFMRA)在腘以下动脉的应用价值。方法:健康志愿者14名,采用MCMRA、2DTOFMRA、SLINKY采集3DTOFMRA三种方法进行双侧腘以下动脉检查,并对图像质量进行比较分析。结果:MCMRA法背景抑制好,时间短,但无法去除静脉影像。2DTOFMRA显示血管清晰、均匀,血管分支显示较好。3DTOFMRA血管显示接近2DTOFMRA,但检查时间较长。结论:2DTOFMRA可作为腘以下动脉常规MRA的首选。 Objective:To explore the value of MC MRA, 2D TOFMRA, and Sliding interleaved ky(SLINKY) acquisition for 3D TOFMRA in the infrapopliteal arteries. Methods:Three kinds of MRA were performed in the low leg of fourteen volunteers. The quality of three kinds of pictures was compared and analyzed. Results: MC MRA cost least time,and restrained background noise well. But MC MRA could not remove the veins. The vessels including branches could be shown clearly and uniformly with 2D TOF MRA. 3D TOF MRA showed the vessels closely resembling 2D TOF MRA, but cost more times. Conclusion:2D TOF MRA should be the preferred routine MRA in the exam of the the infrapopliteal arteries.
