摘要
实验对聚氨酯乳液的合成以及与丙烯酸酯单体的互穿聚合进行了研究。PU/PA乳液聚合采用的方法,是以丙烯酸酯类为主要单体,经扩散进入事先已制备好的聚氨酯乳胶颗粒的内部,使其溶胀,然后在一定的温度下,丙烯酸酯类的乙烯基单体按自由基聚合机理进行聚合,形成聚丙烯酸酯网络,形成一种物理混合和一定的互穿结构的乳液体系。讨论了加料方式、温度和引发剂用量对PU/PA复合乳液聚合的影响;通过数学模型对乳化剂添加量进行了计算并对乳化剂添加方法进行了分析。
The composition of polyurethane galactic and the interpenetrating polymerization with acrylic ester monomer were researched.The major monomer acrylic ester spread into emulsoid grains of polyurethane and swelled them.And vinyl monomer polymerized in the certain temperature by the free radical polymerization mechanism and became a new latices system which is physical compound and partial interpenetration polymer networks.This was the way of PU/PA composition. The effects of feeding ways, temperature, emulsifying agent and initiating agent dosage on PU/PA composite emulsion polymerization were discussed. And counted the dosage of emulsifying agent and analysed on feeding ways by mathematical model.
