摘要 肝细胞生长因子是一种对神经系统有较强营养作用的细胞因子,对中枢和周围神经元的发育、生长、分化、修复和再生中起重要作用,现已成为神经科学领域的研究热点。文章综述了肝细胞生长因子及其受体在脑缺血后的表达和作用。 Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a potent neurotrophic factor in nervous system. It plays important roles in neuronal development, growth, differentiation, repair, and regeneration. And it has become a research hot spot in neurological research. The article reviews the expression and effect of HGF and its receptors after cerebral ischemia.
