摘要
网络环境下图书馆的服务方式、服务手段、服务内容、读者需求都将发生根本性的变化,图书馆传统的服务和工作方式已不能适应这种日新月异的迅速发展。本文就高校图书馆创新的必要性,从高校图书馆管理创新、组织创新、技术创新、人力资源管理创新和信息服务创新等几个方面阐述了图书馆要生存、要发展,应积极迎接挑战,开展多种形式的创新服务。
Under network environment, the service method, service means, service content and reader's demand will take fundamental changes. The traditional library service and work methods are unable to suit this kind of rapid development. The paper has discussed the necessity of innovation in university libraries, expounded on the unfolding of multiple forms of innovation services based on management innovation, organization innovation, technology innovating, human resource administration innovation and information service innovation under network environment.
