摘要
目的 了解四川省碘盐生产、销售和居民食用情况 ,评价防制效果。方法 在全省每个县随机抽取居民户及碘盐生产加工企业和盐业分、支公司的盐样 ,进行定量检测。结果 全省居民户合格碘盐食用率 87 9% ,碘盐覆盖率 96 9% ,5 5 3%的县合格碘盐食用率大于 90 % ,加碘盐中位数30 0mg/kg ,加碘盐均值 30 2mg/kg ,标准差 9 2mg/kg ;碘盐生产加工企业和盐业分、支公司批质量合格率 87 9% ,均数 33 6mg/kg ,变异系数 2 4 9%。结论 全省碘缺乏病防治工作取得突破性进展 ,实现基本消除碘缺乏病阶段目标已有较为扎实的基础。非碘盐问题依然存在。
Objective To understand the producing, selling, and daily taking-in of iodine salt in Sichuan Province and to evaluate prevention effects. Method Iodine salt samples were selected and detected among residents, factories, and selling companies by random sampling. Result The qualified rate of iodine salt among residents was 87.9%, the coverage rate was 96.9%, and the qualified rates of 55.3% of counties were above 90%; the median of iodine salt was 30.0 mg/kg, the mean was 30.2 mg/kg, and the standard deviation was 9.2 mg/kg. The qualified rate of iodine salt batches among factories and selling companies was 87.9%, the mean was 33.6 mg/kg, and the coefficient of variation was 24.9%. Conclusion Breakthrough has been made in the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disease (IDD) in the whole province, and a well-knit foundation has been provided to realize the goal of eliminating IDD on the whole. However non-iodine salt phenomenon still exists.
