摘要
在对电流负反馈电容三点式振荡电路进行理论分析的基础上 ,结合 SPICE程序对振荡电路的时域仿真和傅立叶分析 ,讨论了反馈电阻和回路 Q值变化对振荡电路起振特性的影响以及晶体管的非线性和电感、反馈电阻等因素变化 ,对稳定谐振频率、改善谐波失真所起的作用 ,进一步验证了电路理论设计的合理性。应用 SPICE程序的仿真 ,可以通过改变电路参数和元件值 ,直接调测电路输出波形的起振点、稳幅点和振荡频率 。
On the basis theoretical analysis on the oscillator circuit of current negative feedback three point capacitance , combing transient analysis and Fourier analysis on oscillator with SPICE,the effect of oscillatory condition with change of negative feedback resistance and Q value of loop is discussed. Stabilized resonance frequency and improved harmonic distortion is depend on changing transistor nonlinearity, inductance and feedback resistance. The designed circuit is verified by SPICE.It provides a better method of object teaching for nonlinear oscillatory circuit, because it modifies circuit output and oscillatory frequency directly.
