摘要 目的:了解冷冻方法和冷冻保护剂对人精子顶体酶活性影响。方法:对精液标本进行速冻和缓慢冷冻保存,应用分光光度比色法测定精子顶体酶活性。结果:速缓冷冻法对精子顶体酶活性无显著性影响(P>0.05)。甘油-卵黄-柠檬酸钠(GYC)组顶体酶活性明显高于单一甘油组。结论:冷冻速度对人精子顶体酶活性没有影响(P<0.05),应用GYC作为CPM可使人精子顶体酶活性保持很高活性。 Objective To study the effect of different cryporotective mediums (CPMs) and freezing methods on sperm acrosin activity. Method The sperm acrosin activities were determined by spectrophotometer. Results The acrosin activities of frozen-thawed human semen by slow and quick freezing-storing methods were not significantly different(P>0.05). The acrosin activities in GYC group are higher than those in glycerol group(P<0.05). Conclusion GYC has better preservation effect on human sperm than glycerol group.
