摘要
研究了经过不同表面处理的 T91 钢试样即 T91 钢原始表面、表面喷丸处理和表面先喷丸处理再沉积CeO2 膜,在650℃含SO2 混合气体中的高温腐蚀行为。给出腐蚀增重与时间关系的动力学曲线,探讨了腐蚀机理,分析了两种表面处理工艺对提高T91钢在含SO2 混合气体中耐高温腐蚀性能的影响。
The high temperature corrosion behavior of T91 steel with different kinds of surface teatment in mixture gas containing SO_2 at 650℃ was studied. The curves of corrosion kinetics were presented and the mechanism of corrosion was discussed. The effect of two kinds of surface treatment process on high temperature corrosion resistance of T91 in mixture gas contatining SO_2 was analyzed.
