摘要
采用火焰发射法测定食品中锶。结果表明,上机液中K,Na,La的加入量分别为0 8,0 8,1 0mg/L为宜。在Sr含量0 02~0 8mg/L浓度范围内,Sr浓度与发射值之间达极显著相关(r=0 9998 )。该法相对标准偏差(RSD)为6 6%。回收率为92%~98%之间。
The tested method of Sr by using flame emission in foods was discussed .The results showed that : added amounts of K,Na,La were 0.8, 0.8,1.0 mg/L in the tested solution,respectively.The highly significant correlation between the concentration of Sr and emission value(r=0.9998^(**))was observed,when the concentration of Sr was between 0.02-0.8 mg/L.The RSD and the recovery of this method were 6.6 %, 92 %-98 %,respectively.
