摘要
本文对 1998年长江流域发生的特大暴雨和洪水 ,从雨情和水情两个方面进行了客观评价 .研究结果表明 ,1998年长江特大洪水的发生 ,主要是由 6月中下旬江南东部和北部和 7月下旬长江中下游地区的大范围持续性强暴雨形成的 ,形成这两段大范围持续性强暴雨的主要天气系统是强大的中高纬阻塞高压和副热带高压 ,中高纬阻塞高压的短期异常变动引发北方强冷空气南下 。
By using of the precipitation data and river stage records, an objective assessment of the torrential rain and the floods was made. The study results show that the cataclysm flood occurred mainly in the east and north part of southern Yangtze River in the second and last ten-day of June and in the mid-lower reaches of Yangtze River in the last ten-day of July, which results in the large-range sustained heavy rain. The synoptic systems producing cataclysm rain were strong blocking high and the west Pacific subtropical high.
