摘要
"主观理论"产生于20世纪70年代末,在这一理论的影响下,产生了两种不同的教师培训和进修模式。这 些模式对70年代以来世界各国的教师继续教育产生了深远的影响,并对当前我国的教师进修和培训工作具有重 要的借鉴价值和现实意义。
Native theory came into being in the end of 1970s. Two different teaching training modes were formed under the influence of it. Since 1970s, these modes have made lasting impact on teaching further education around the world. Besides, we can borrow ideas from them in our teaching training and further education.
