摘要
根据分宜发电有限公司首台国产 100 MW 循环流化床(CFB)锅炉两年来的运行实绩,对其技术特点、点火起动、额定负荷下热态运行、烟气污染物(SO2 和NOx)排放特性、运行优化调整和性能试验等以及存在的问题进行了介绍,可对国内CFB锅炉的设计和运行起到较好的参考作用。
Based on operational performance of the firstly homemade 100MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler at Fengyi PowerGeneration Company, Jiangxi Province, in recent two years the technical features, ignition for startingup, hotstate operation under rated load, and emission properties of flue gas pollutants (SO_2 and NO_x), as well as situation and problems occurred in aspeats of optimized adjustment and performance test etc. have been presented, giving certain reference value for design and operation of CFB boilers in China.
