摘要
为了探讨兔磷脂对正常人淋巴细胞的增殖反应,利用~3H—TdR 掺入DNA 法对兔磷脂的作用进行了研究。试验结果表明,浓度在1000μg 时,出现对PHA 诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应的显著抑制(P<0.01),当稀释到100μg 浓度时,出现对 PHA 诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应的促进作用(P<0.05),再将浓度进一步稀释到10μg 和1μg 时,则仍显示出明显促进 PHA 诱导的淋巴细胞增殖反应(P<0.05和 P<0.05),且呈明显的负相关,(r=-0.99),初步证明,适当剂量的兔磷脂具有明显增强细胞免疫作用。
Rabbit's phospholipid were extrated from the brain of rabbits and it's components were made up of cephalin and leoithin,Effect of rabbit's phospholipid on human lymphocyte transfor- mation reaction was researched.Results showed that rabbit's phospolipid 1～100μg/ml promoted lymhocyte proliferative response induced by phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) in vitro (P<0.05) and that rabbit's phospholipid concentration (1～100μg/ml) was negative correlation to lympho- cyte proliferative response (r=-0.99)。But,rabbit's phospholipid 1000μg/ml inhibited the lym- phocyte proliferative response induced by PHA (P<0.01).Rabbit's phospholipid promoting immunity kinetics test was also observed.
