摘要 治疗前明确甲状腺结节的性质对临床处理有着非常重要的意义。细针穿刺细胞学检查 对甲状腺结节具有可靠的诊断价值,超声技术的应用、电镜技术和分子诊断标记物的发展提高了细 针穿刺细胞学检查在甲状腺结节中的诊断作用。现着重介绍甲状腺结节细针穿刺的方法,触诊下 细针穿刺细胞学检查在甲状腺结节中的诊断价值和局限性,超声、电镜和分子诊断标记物在甲状腺 结节细针穿刺细胞学检查中的应用现状。
