摘要
在本研究中,以 CdCl_2连续给雌性 LACA 小鼠灌胃染毒14天,在0.3mg/kg/day剂量下(累积剂量相当于1/50LD_(60))即可明显抑制 LACA 小鼠脾淋巴细胞 IgM-PFC(IgM 空斑形成细胞数),其抑制率为42.12%(P<0.001),同时淋巴细胞胞内游离 Ca^(2+)浓度比对照组增加35%(P<0.05)。而且 CaM(钙调素)含量随灌胃剂量的增加(0.3-2.4mg/kg/day)而呈下降趋势(r=-0.9996,P<0.001),但同期测定的脾淋巴细胞 Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+)-ATPase 活性和膜脂流动性未见明显改变(P>0.05)。说明在此剂量范围内镉对 LACA 小鼠脾淋巴细胞 IgM-PFC 的抑制与胞内游离 Ca^(2+)浓度的增加及 CaM 含量的下降有一定相关,而与 Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)-ATPase 活性和膜脂流动性的关系不明显。
In this study,cadmium chloride was given to female LACA mice by oral administrationfor 14 days,The dosage was from 0.3 to 2.4mg/kg/day.The number of IgM plaque-formingcells following injection of sheep erythrocytes was severely depressed(P<0.001).Even in 0.3mg/kg/day group,the inhibitory rate could reach 42.12%.Meanwhile,the intracellular calci-um concentration of lymphocytes increased 35% which is more than control group in dose 0.3mg/kg/day(p<0.05).CaM activity has the trend of decrease as the cadmium cholride dose in-creased(r=-0 9996,p<0.001).Under the administration dose,there was no effect obsevered onCa^(2+),Mg^(2+)—ATP_(ase)activity and membrane lipid fluidity of lymphocytes.
