摘要
在现代教育中 ,班主任不仅是班集体的组织者、管理者 ,是学生健康成长的引路人 ,同时还是学生主要的“精神关怀者”、影响学生发展的“重要他人” ;班主任应当成为具有专门职业理论、职业道德、职业技艺的专业工作者 ;班主任应当是一种不可替代的专门性工作。班主任专业化是时代的呼唤和现实的需要 ,具有特定的内涵。
In modern education the teachers in charge of classes are not only organizers, managers of the class collectives and students' guides for their healthy development, but also their major “spiritual caretakers” and “important others” who influence students' development. Teachers in charge of classes should become specialists with specialized professionals theory, morality, skills; and theirs is a irreplaceable specialized work. The specialization of teachers in charge of classes is the call of the times and realistic requirement and has specific connotation.
