摘要
研究了5种中草药(黄芪、板兰根、黄芩、茯苓和鱼腥草)对鲤鱼几项免疫指标的影响.结果表明:饲料中分别添加黄芪、茯苓、鱼腥草和板兰根(剂量均为10g·kg-1)均可使鲤鱼的白细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数和红细胞C3b受体花环率升高,但添加黄芩则下降,几种中草药均使红细胞免疫复合物含量降低;对免疫器官总重量的影响则是添加黄芩、黄芪和茯苓升高,而添加板兰根及鱼腥草下降;黄芪和茯苓可使正常鱼血清NO含量升高,而其它组则降低;除黄芩外,其它几组中草药均使红细胞数目升高,但只有黄芪和茯苓组的白细胞数目升高.
Effects of five kinds of Chinese herbal medicine added to feed with a dosage of 10 g/kg on the immunity of common carp Cyprynus carpio were studied in the test.The results showed that the rate of phagocytosis,the index of phagocytosis and the rate of erythrocyte C_3b receptors-aggregates are raised when membranous milkvetch root Astragalus membranaceus Fisch,tuckahoe Poria cocos Wolf,heartleaf houttuynia herb Houttuynia cordata Thunb and Isatis indigotica Fort were added in the feed respectively,but they were decreased when baikal skullcap root Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was added.All these five Chinese herbal medicine made the rate of erythrocyte immunocomplex decrease.Membranous milkvetch root,tuckahoe and baikal skullcap root can made index of total immune organs increase while heartleaf houttuynia herb and Isatis indigotica Fort made it decrease.The results also showed that NO concentration in serum of carp fed with membranous milkvetch root and tuckahoe as additive was higher than that of the control group.Effects of these Chinese herbal medicine on numeration of erythrocytes and leukocytes were also studied.
