摘要
从技能型民办高校与各类公办高校的比较分析中探求技能型民办高校特色化的人才培养模式,分析这一问题提出的背景及其现实针对性,解析两类人才培养模式的不同,提出构建技能型民办高校特色化人才培养模式的基本设想。
The authors explore the talents' training pattern of the skill type of non-governmental higher schools from the comparative analysis on the skill type of non-governmental higher schools and all kinds of governmental higher schools, analyze the background of the problems and its actual aim, discuss the difference of the two kinds of talents' training pattern and put forward the basic consumption of talents' training pattern of constructing the skill type of non-governmental higher school.
