摘要
目的 :观察巴豆油体外对耐药结核杆菌的生长抑制作用。方法 :在用分离培养的耐利福平(RFP)、雷米封 (INH)二重耐药菌株 ,分别接种于含有不同浓度巴豆油以及含INH、RFP的豆浸液结核分枝杆菌对照培养基 ,观察各组结核分枝杆菌的生长情况。结果 :在含INH、RFP的对照组培养基上 ,菌落生长正常 ,高浓度巴豆油组 ( 1∶1 0~ 1∶1 60 )对结核菌生长有抑制作用 ,到培养终止期 (第 40d)仍无细菌生长。将低浓度巴豆油组 ( 1∶1 2 80 )缓慢生长的菌落反复接种到 1∶80~ 1∶1 2 80的巴豆油培养基 ,接种 5代后未发现耐巴豆油菌株。结论 :1∶1 60以上浓度的巴豆油培养基有体外抗耐药结核菌的作用 。
Objective: To observe Croton oil killing Multi-drug resistance Mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro. Method: Mycobacterium tuberculosis of multi-drug resistance were respectively incubated in culture media with various content of the Croton oil. The control medium were respectively with INH and RFP. Conditions of the growth of M. tuberculosis were observed. Result: Growth of M. tuberculosis was normal in the control medium with INH and RFP. M. tuberculosis was constantly repressed in the culture medium with higher content of Croton oil (1∶10~1∶160) at the end of culturing (40th day). M. tuberculosis that growing in medium with lower content of Croton oil (1∶1280) were repeatedly incubated in culture media with content of Croton oil 1∶80~1∶1280.No anti-Croton oil phenomenon was observed after five generations. Conclusion: M. tuberculosis of multi-drug resistance could be pressed in the culture medium with 1:160 content of Croton oil in vitro, and no anti-drug bacteria strain has been induced.
