摘要
首先以3-硝基丙酸(3-NPA)10mg/kg腹腔注射,每日6次,每次间隔1.5h的染毒方式,在大鼠中复制出一个重复性较好的3-NPA尾-壳核损伤的动物模型。然后利用模型染毒方式研究了3-NPA中毒大鼠血脑屏障的改变情况。结果表明血脑屏障破坏属于继发性改变。
A reproducible animal model of caudate-putamen damage was estab-
lished in rats intraperitonealy dosed with 10mg/kg 3-nitropropionic acid
(3-NPA),six times a day with an interval of 1.5 hours for 3~5 days.
Using this animal model of caudate-putamen damage, change of blood-
brain barrier(BBB)was investigated in rats intoxicated with 3-NPA.The
result showed that alteration of BBB may appear but as a secondary event.
