摘要
通过对44名中年女性在练习同一套健美操前后体重变化差异的分析,说明糖和脂肪是人体运动过程中主要的能源动用物质,但因时间、总摄氧量以及人体对糖和脂肪的利用率不同,故对体重的影响也不同。
The analysis, of the difference from 44 middle-aged women's the same set of calisthenics, illustrates that the main energy material during the human movement are the main energy material during the human movement time and oxygen uptake, so does the impact on body weight.
