摘要
目的 研究高频超声对甲状腺疾病筛查的诊断价值。方法 通过采用高频段探头 ,对受检人员的甲状腺进行多方位、多角度检查 ,以清晰显示图像并记录甲状腺内部结构及相邻组织的声像特征及血流情况。结果 年度体检中经超声筛选检查甲状腺疾病阳性率为 12 .8% ,阳性符合率为 89.9%。不同类型结节回声特征不同 ,甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿以及甲状腺癌声像特征以低回声为主 ;甲状腺囊腺瘤以混合性回声为主 ;甲状腺囊肿以无回声为主 ;其他肿块则表现为低回声或混合性回声。结论 运用超声检测手段筛查诊断甲状腺疾病具有广泛的临床意义 。
Objective To research The value of tigh frequency ultrasound for screening thyroid diseases.Methods Thyroids of people who received health examination were explored from multi-direction and multi-angle by using high frequency ultrasound in order to display the images,then the echo feature and bolld flowing condition in the inner structure of thyroid and neighboring tissues were recorded.Results Among the people who participated in the annual physical examination,the positive rate of thyroid diseases was 12.8%,the positive corresponding rate was 89.9%.The echo feature of thyroid diseases showed that thyroid adenoma,nodular goiter and thyroid cancer had low echo feature,thyroid cystadenoma had mixed echo mostly,thyroid cyst had no echo,and other mass can have low or mixed echo images.Conclusion Application of high frequency ultrasound for screening thyroid diseases have widely clinical significance,which can find some diseases early and provide reference guide for the management of these diseases.
