摘要
目的 观察心房颤动 (AF)患者心电图变化及其与临床症状之间的关系。方法 分析 83例AF患者动态心电图 ,并询问其临床症状。结果 持续性AF与阵发性AF相比、夜间与白天相比、使用与未使用抗心律失常药物相比 ,患者的平均心室率显著较慢 ,长间隙发生频率显著增高 ;心室率过快或过慢及长间隙与临床症状有关。
Objective To observe the changes of electrocardiogram and their relationship with clinical symptoms in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).Methods Dynamic electrocardiogram (DGG) was analyzed and clinical symptoms was recorded in patients with AF.Results Average ventricular rate was decreased significantly in patients with continuous AF compared with paroxysm AF),which also was decreased during night-time compared with daytime; ventricular rate of patients treated by anti-arrhythmic drugs was lower than that of patents not treated with anti-arrhythmic drugs;too fast and too slow heart rates and long R-R internal were related toi the clinical symptoms.Conclusion DGG have some value for analyzing the changes of EKG and the causes of clinical symptoms
