摘要
采用三元复合驱硅垢除垢剂,进行了硅垢除垢剂室内除垢实验,并对大庆油田某三元复合驱试验区螺杆泵采油井进行了现场除垢试验. 试验结果表明:除垢后各项生产指标,如电流、产量、沉没度等恢复到新泵初期生产状况;螺杆泵免修期延长1倍,单井每次减少经济损失至少10万元.
High silicon content scale remover for ASP flooding has been applied to screw pumps in an antiscaling field test in Daqing Oilfield. Results show that every production index after scale removing has been restored to its original state, such as electric current, output and submergence depth. Maintenance exemption period has been doubled. This technology is characterized as follows: easy to use, high scale removing rate, low chemical cost and prominent economic results.
