摘要
针对部分伸缩式滚子扶正器发生滚子轴端断裂及局部磨损严重等现象,分析其运动特性和力学特性,结果发现,原扶正器在工作时滚子与套管内壁接触为滑动摩擦,能量损失和磨损都很大. 改进伸缩式滚子扶正器结构后,其摩擦力和能量损失都小于原扶正器的摩擦力和能量损失.
For the fracture of roller ends and the serious abrasion in the locality of centralizers, their working and mechanical characteristics have been analyzed. The analysis shows the force of contact between roller and casing is sliding friction causing damage to the tool. The energy loss is huge. When the flexible roller centralizer's structure has been improved, the friction and the energy loss are much less than that of the original centralizers.
