摘要
随着我国城市化进程的逐步推进,地方市政建设项目对资金的需求不断增加。本文通过对美国市政债券市场的发展以及密西西比州市政债券发行情况的分析,提出了中国市政债券市场应以企业债券的形式发行地方市政收入债券的发展战略。
With the deepening of city-oriented development, more capital investments have been injected to the local municipal construction project. Through the analysis on the development of municipal bonds market in America and the issuance of municipal bonds in Mississippi State, the paper proposes the development strategy that the municipal bonds market in China should issue the local municipal revenue bonds in the form of corporate bonds.
