摘要
我国的文物保护工作与人才培养极不相称,文章探讨了我国的现代的文物保护历程、美国高校中的文物保护专业的设置以及我国的文物保护专业及人才培养的现状,提出了文物保护需要培养复合型的人才,走建立产、学、研一体化的文物保护专业(学院)的构想。
The cultural and historical relics preservation work in China does not match its professional training. This paper discusses the process of the modern cultural and historical relics preservation work, the specialized subjects for cultural and historical relics preservation offered in American colleges and the present situation of the cultural and historical relics preservation professional training in China, making the suggestions that composite persons be needed to do the preservation work and integration means of production, study and research be followed .
