摘要
科研能力和潜力的定量研究涉及到科技论文、科研成果和申请的科研项目等各个方面,科技论文是其中的重要组成部分。本文着重从科技论文管理的角度,提出加强科技论文定量管理的重要性。论文定量分析能够揭示和反映一个单位学科研究现状、潜在能力与水平,体现一个单位的实力和竞争力。做好科技论文的定量管理,也为学校宏观决策、制定人才培养计划提供帮助。
The quantum study on the qualification and the potency of scientific research covers a wide range of issue, including the scientific disquisition, the achievements of the research, and the application of the scientific items. Surely, the scientific disquisition is viewed as the extremely important one. This article emphasizes the importance of strengthening the quantum administration of the scientific disquisitions, mainly from the point of view of administration. The quantum analysis of the disquisitions not only opens out the actuality of the research, reflects the potential and the level of a discipline, but also embodies the strength and the competition of a unit. Meanwhile, the study will provide significant help to a university in making decision macroscopically and establishing the training programs for the talents.
