摘要
风险投资业作为经济增长的发动机,其资本的高增值率吸引了大批风险资本家,而我国的风险投资业尚处于起步阶段,其投资环境如何以及如何进行投资成了近年来的热门话题。本文在对我国风险投资业发展水平、环境因素详细分析的基础上,针对行业进入壁垒、进入条件、进入方式提出了风险投资业的投资策略。
As an engine of economy growth, Venture capital and its high growth rate attracted numbers of venture capitalist. While venture capital in China is in the beginning, and its environments and how to invest it were pop topics in recent years. The paper analyzes in detail the current situation and the environment factor in China of venture capital. Then it brings forward some idea to invest venture capital for entry barrier, entry qualification and entry mode.
