摘要
利用 Sol-gel 工艺,将微量添加物 Al_2O_3以溶胶形式引入,制造 PTC 材料.结果表明,Al_2O_3以溶胶形式引入,能大大降低室温电阻率.当溶胶中不含 Al_2O_3时,能同时提高升阻比,降低正温度系数.
A new technique(Sol-gel coating of powders)was utilized to process PTC materials.Theresults were as follows:Al_2O_3-SiO_2 added by Sol process can reduce ρ20 sharply and SiO_2added by Sol process without alumina can increase ρ_(max)/ρ_(min) and decrease positive temperaturecoefficient at the same time.
