摘要
本文采用激光气相法,以150W CW CO_2激光器为光源、Fe(CO)_5作为主原料,并加入 SF_6敏化剂,成功地制备出了 Fe_2O_3超微粒子.实验结果表明,Fe_2O_3超微粒子具有颗粒细小、粒度体积分布窄、分散性好等优点,粒径范围为2~10nm,主要晶型为γ-Fe_2O_3.激光气相法制备 Fe_2O_3超微粒子,产率较高,是一种可行的方法。
Fe_2O_3 ultrafine particles(UFP)were synthesized by laser induced vapor-phase reaction
method,with a 150W CW CO_2 laser as light source and Fe(CO)_5 as main raw-material.Pho-
tosensitizer of SF_6 was added to the reaction system.TEM,IR,XRD and electron diffraction
patterns examinations were used to describe the characteristic of the sample.The experimental
results showed that the spherical ultrafine Fe_2O_3 products have diameters of 2~10 nm,with
good dispersity and uniformity.The main crystalline state of sample is γ-Fe_2O_3.This study
expects ultrafine γ-Fe_2O_3 to have a good prospect in industrial applications.
