摘要
研究了聚碱式氯化铝的化学组成,用DTA、TG、IR等表征了其结构。碱化度(B)和絮凝实验结果表明,不同B值的聚碱式氯化铝的投加量低时(如1ppm),75<B<80,絮凝效果最佳,随着投加量的增大,B值的影响愈不明显,聚碱式氯化铝的净水效率是硫酸铝的4倍左右。
Polybasic aluminum chloride (PBAC)was prepared from kaolinite and characterized by elemental analysis, basicity (B), differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetry and infrared spectrum, the state of its component chlorine anion was determined and the basicity and flocculating effect of PBAC relatively measured. Compared with hydrated aluminum chloride, the polymer has a new prak at 1405 cm^(-1) in IR spectrum, this is the characteristic infrared frequency of polyaluminum ion. Thermal stability of PBAC is rather good that can not decompose in nature below 100℃. The results of flocculating experiment of hydrated aluminum sulphate and PBAC in different B indicated: added in 1 ppm (Al_2O_3), 75<B<80, the effect is good, added in 2 ppm, 3 ppm respectively, the effect is better. But the influence of B on flocculating effect is indistingushable. Compared PBAC with aluminum sulphate, PBAC is an execllent water purification reagent.
