摘要
以腺苷(Adenosine)为底物,用紫外分光光度法,对100例正常人和103例癌症患者红细胞中腺苷脱氨酶活性进行了测定。结果表明,癌症组腺苷脱氨酶活性明显高于正常人组(P<0.01)。认为本法具有快速、准确之优点,对癌症的辅助诊断有一定价值。
Adenosine deaminase activity (ADA) of red blood cells was determined in 100 normal humen and 103 cancer patients as adenosine as subject by ultraviolet spectrophometry. ADA in cancer patients was significantly higher than that in nomal. It is suggested that this is a rapid and precise method, which is helpful for the diagnosis of cancer.
